Habanero Sauce Hot

A customer threw a challenge at me to make a really HOT sauce! This is it! Made on a tomato base, which gives depth to the flavour, with habanero chillies grown by a farmer friend.
It’s certainly hot as it makes my eyes water when I’m making it!
